It appears Trump going to be having a bench trial rather than a jury trial because his lawyers forgot to request a jury trial. I predict a race to the bottom as the lion's share of writers regularly hired will be those who are willing to/advertise that they use AI, as opposed to those that do not, and create a set of young, pass-through writers that copy-paste AI content. This seems as though it was intended to give writers control, but either it will be worthless due to the above, or due to unforeseen exceptions carved out in technical contractual language. This is not good.
