More on vaccine mandates and how everyone likes them. It's now a 70-30 thing, it's just that the 30 acts like they're the 70.
This is essentially a summarization of all the different kinds of energy storage that are being developed. The main thing I didn't know is that the big concrete block towers are probably not economical (but I still maintain that it’s a cool idea).


After the nondescript-ness of the cities in the original Matrix films, I'm sorta surprised to see the sequel so clearly set in SF.


Really cool, finding a way to make concrete with net-zero carbon will be a big deal, and should hopefully drive progress even in places that haven't made legal commitments like California's.


Ironically it's mostly missing the population of California though.
Good set of examples of an overall trend, that Texas has "entered a period of dysfunctional culture wars ... Texas’ leaders don’t need to become liberals, but they should return to the pragmatism that characterized the state’s approach in earlier times."
The ruling is definitely bad for Apple, although the precise details of the injunction are not yet clear. But for years, people who come to understand the details Apple’s app store rules are super surprised by how restrictive they are.
Finally a Judge has come to the same conclusion and made a blanket decision against them. Many have said it, but they should have bent years ago to avoid being regulated today.


Furthermore, this will probably embolden lawmakers to regulate Apple even more.
