A lot of talk about a tax on unrealized stock gains, which are a spectacularly bad idea. There are better ways to get at the same revenue, and it only impacts about 1000 people, raising a tiny amount of money. But, as the tweet says, blame Sinema.

Some lakes did pretty well though. San Francisco set records for 24 hour rainfall.
