Great article full of size comparisons of the smallest current phones. Sadly they didn't include any comparisons to the ideally-sized iPhone 4.

According to the article, the EPA normally only allows one extra cancer case per million people, so this seems pretty unusual. It's for boat fuel, if you were wondering.
