This was a fun video, and I'm happy they don't actually end it on the sad note that it originally seemed like they'd end on. I really like the suggestion to focus on corners for new mixed-use stuff.
I think it's because they did a "T" test.
Not only is this a wasteful policy, it's regressive as well, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
This is great, absolutely amazing what Biden's first two terms have accomplished. Oh, and it appears that he's managed to avert the rail strike, and it seems like something out of a Key and Peele sketch.
Presumably the second one is a 'standing on the shoulders of giants' situation, where there's just way more good literature about chess that you can study. Or perhaps, techniques for learning chess have improved?
