I found a short article about these plant-based steaks from back in May. They're available for purchase fro $60, it's also worth remembering that they're not using Impossible's heme, so they're not gonna brown exactly like a steak, as you can see from their recipe examples. There's a lot of cool ideas floating around for plant based meat and as they combine it looks like there will be some really cool products.
