Defaulting on sovereign debt is bad, don't do it. Don't get close to it, this is all such a dumb way to run a country. The budget is a perfectly fine thing to use for the purpose of bickering over spending!

Apparently many of the features being rolled out under Musk were actually ready to go before the aquisition. The huge number of engineers at Twitter were actually developing things, it's just that nothing was getting launched.

The underlying article is great, but the picture above illustrates part of the main point, copper wires would be a bit thicker, but aluminum is so light that they end up weighing half as much.
