Don't be like american automakers, who foolishly canceled all their chip orders. Be like airplane manufacturers who have remembered that these chips are a tiny part of the total price of manufacturing, and canceling orders puts you in the back of the line.

We should deficit finance infrastructure. Money is cheap, and the things being built last for 30 or 50 or 100 years, so it should be amortized over that period This “pay for” thing is nuts. You just shouldn’t pay cash for infrastructure in a low interest rate environment.

Buy more infrastructure! If you’re offered a negative interest rate, it’s irresponsible not to use it!

Single family zoning was invented as a way to do segregation, so this shouldn't be a surprise.
