Who is talking on NextDoor? NextDoor's reported users vs us census # of homes for each neighborhood. Some neighborhoods combined where us census and nextdoor lines did not coincide. Homes Per Hectare map shows clear inverse correlation with density.

If you're ever wondering why Nextdoor makes it seem like your neighborhood is full of NIMBYs.
