On a YOY basis, headline CPI continues to come down

This is true, the decline is good, but I'd definitely have preferred it to come down more. Rents need to go down, and we all know how that can best be accomplished.

Also today, GPT-4 was announced, it's able to do both text and images, it's not the first with that ability, but I believe it's the first available to the public.
