There was a time I believed it improved bipartisanship, sadly it's now really clear that was incorrect.

A criminal justice idea that shouldn't cross anyone's ideological taboos would be to spend what it takes to collect homicide data in a timely way.
Right now outside of the biggest cities we have no idea how many people were murdered last year!

If you want to know how many chicks were hatched in April (and whether they were egg-layers or broilers) the federal government has you covered.

Our economic statistics are so incredibly detailed, in comparison, getting murder statistics seems like it would be cheap.
