The article makes a clear case that the risk of side effects is significant enough in teens that we should be reconsidering full second doses of the mRNA vaccines. It presents a few possible solutions, including giving half doses, which other studies have shown can be quite effective.

Our Bomb Squad officers were in the process of seizing over 5,000 pounds of illegal fireworks in the area of 27th Street and San Pedro. Some of the fireworks were being stored in our Bomb Squad trailer as a precautionary measure. Unknown at this time what caused an explosion.

Yes, the LAPD bomb squad blew up their own truck, and destroyed a bunch of parked cars. There are pictures of the explosion.
