Thomas' concurrence goes ahead and considers overturning Griswold, Lawrence, and Obregefell. Not Loving? Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett all said that they wouldn't overturn this, and yet here we are. Collins and Manchin are unhappy, but they have the power to fix this. Not as sacred an institution when justices lie under oath to get on the bench. Now that they're a 6-3 court, they're getting so far from public opinion that expanding the court may be viable (if unlikely).

I want everyone to remember, when you see protests getting tear gassed tonight, that tear gas is an abortifacient. Cops are allowed to spray abortifacients on crowds if they want to, even in states where abortion is illegal.

Yup, although of course it's not heavily studied.

The difference between now and the last time that abortion was illegal in the United States is that we live in an era of unprecedented digital surveillance.

Things would be much better if we explicitly protected privacy in the Constutitution.

Theoretically our hybrid model keeps everyone on the same in-office vs remote schedule so that we can meet, but in reality it hasn't really worked out that way.
