Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett all said that they wouldn't overturn this, and yet here we are. Collins and Manchin are unhappy, but they have the power to fix this. Not as sacred an institution when justices lie under oath to get on the bench. Now that they're a 6-3 court, they're getting so far from public opinion that expanding the court may be viable (if unlikely).

Yup, although of course it's not heavily studied.

Don't let that stop you from getting out there and protesting, it really does have an impact.

Things would be much better if we explicitly protected privacy in the Constutitution.

This came to mind reading Isaac's tweet, it seems like we could find a higher and better use for the parts of the road not used for outdoor dining. Currently, it's used as a third sidewalk which is whatever. Perhaps the city could lay down some artificial grass on the stretch of Castro running from Ava's to Ludwig's and create a play area for kids there
