Thomas' concurrence goes ahead and considers overturning Griswold, Lawrence, and Obregefell. Not Loving? Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett all said that they wouldn't overturn this, and yet here we are. Collins and Manchin are unhappy, but they have the power to fix this. Not as sacred an institution when justices lie under oath to get on the bench. Now that they're a 6-3 court, they're getting so far from public opinion that expanding the court may be viable (if unlikely).
Yup, although of course it's not heavily studied.
Don't let that stop you from getting out there and protesting, it really does have an impact.
Things would be much better if we explicitly protected privacy in the Constutitution.
It's so hard to notice something that's missing until you see an example of it's presence. This would be amazing!
Theoretically our hybrid model keeps everyone on the same in-office vs remote schedule so that we can meet, but in reality it hasn't really worked out that way.
