If you're wondering why I keep harping on how multi-staircase requirements are bullshit, it's this kind of thing. They got a norm established of “can’t be too careful” for multifamily buildings, and it’s entirely pretextual regulation.
From the article, the most effective prompting used the technique of asking it "to identify experts in the field, generate answers as if the experts wrote them, and combine the experts’ answers by collaborative decision-making." Also, this prompting was only needed to get the last 10 percentage points. It scored 90% without anything fancy.
