Possibly this is why the UK is having more trouble with Variant resurgence than the US? (They deployed much more AstraZeneca than the US did)

The real measure of Japan as an industrial power in WW2 wasn't it's battleships, so much as it's lack of bulldozers.
A single field in England in the summer of 1944 held more Allied earthmoving bulldozer capability than the Japanese built from 1937 - 1945.

Somehow people are often confused about why vacancy rates aren’t 0%, and blame greed. The fact is, it takes time to find a new tenant, just like it can take time to find a job or buy a car.
