Hopefully congress gets the money to do this, because otherwise the administration is expecting "three to five years from broad use". Which would be a bummer.

Far too many cities who are lucky enough to have waterfronts don't make the most of them. Would-be incredible community assets are destroyed through highways or heavy industrial factories, or outright neglect.
Recently, Napa has embraced it's waterfront, to great effect!

At first I thought this was an artist's imagining of what it'll look like, but no, they appear to have actually built it, looks great!
I do not like this, no thank you.
