Far too many cities who are lucky enough to have waterfronts don't make the most of them. Would-be incredible community assets are destroyed through highways or heavy industrial factories, or outright neglect. Recently, Napa has embraced it's waterfront, to great effect!

At first I thought this was an artist's imagining of what it'll look like, but no, they appear to have actually built it, looks great!
