I remember a story about someone who, when being given a demo of software from engineering, would mash the keyboard randomly while watching the engineer. As a way of judging how production-ready it is. One reply describes a professor who changes the "customer's" requirements one week before the project due date.

They set a cap on the number of users a company can have and still use these models, 700 million. Just low enough to block Snap from using them. But, as Gruber jokes, Twitter's user count is so low that they're free to use Facebooks AI for free.
