⚽️ Proposal: instead of settling tied matches by penalty shootouts, they should introduce MULTIBALL -- another extra time period where the referee throws additional balls onto the field every few minutes. This continues until the tie is broken.

Look, I don't watch much soccer, but I would absolutely tune in for this. This conversation is all happening because of how the Euro Soccer Final ended in a penalty kick shootout.

This sort of thinking is a big problem with viewing everything through a progressivity/regressivity lens. The solution to poor people not having enough time to visit parks is not to stop building parks, it's shorter work hours/more vacation

This is important. The Biden administration deserves credit for this. But Democrats never seem to value a president's appointments to the bench in the way the GOP, which makes it a singular issue to drive voter turnout, does.
