Impressed to see the quality of autogenerated vocals has gone way up! Sounds real but in a foreign language.

I'm certainly not wild about institutional investors buying tons of homes up to rent out, but it's also an absolutely miniscule part of the total housing stock. Here's the full article. I don't know the scale of the problem, but landlords using software to automate collusion on rent increases seems like a more serious problem.
