Instant coffee turns out to have even less impact, although I wonder if it makes a difference whether you have the little single-serving instant coffee packets.

New Zealand embraced some seriously YIMBY policies during her time in office, built tons of homes, and managed to bring the cost of housing down. I'm sad to see her go, but I at least appreciate the example she's trying to set by not clinging to power at all costs.
