Listening to @siracusa on @atpfm talk about wandering around an office to find which printer you just sent a job to reminds me of when a coworker accidentally printed his boarding pass on a 6 foot wide banner printer in the Google Tel Aviv office.

Gate agent is not going to be pleased when you bring out a poster tube when they ask for your ticket.

Kid just asked me whether there was a negative zero. I knew this day would come but I wasn't quite ready to have The Talk about IEEE 754 quite yet.

IEEE 754's signed zero concept can be a source of bugs, which is why people don't like it.

It looks like Omicron wave will peak soon so I would suggest @JoeBiden announce a future variant plan like: 1) Warp speed new vaccines 2) Major order of pills 3) Test stockpile 4) kn mask stockpile/streamline 5) Ask Congress to invest in early detection sewer monitoring

So many good ideas here, and relatively cheap compared to the previous pandemic bills.
