Wow, this is pretty cool, it's a tiny implanted device that makes it possible.
wikitrivia.tomjwatson.com is such a cool game idea. My high score on the current version is 23.

I tried this game a few tries so far and my best is 11. It's fun, but honestly I think there's a fair bit of luck.
It always comes back to land use policy.
The ultimate move would be for USPS to leverage their exemption from local zoning laws to build dense social housing on top of ground floor post offices
