Love to see it:
Republicans and Democrats agreeing that we need to reform environmental procedure laws (NEPA) to build transmission lines faster and mine more critical minerals like lithium.
Further, Governor Newsom says that CEQA should be reformed as well.

Wow, more of a pop than I was expecting. Also turns out that there have been four prior Chinese spy balloons, 3 during the Trump admin.
