The Energy Department has concluded that the Covid pandemic most likely arose from a lab leak, according to a classified intelligence report wsj.com/articles/covid… via @WSJ

Four other agencies, along with a national intelligence panel, still judge that it was likely the result of a natural transmission, and two are undecided.

Worth noting that the report calls this opinion "low confidence". Some intelligence agencies say this with more confidence, some other agencies disagree, but it's not a conspiracy theory.
