I suspect that the person making 60k a year would end up 'making it up' because of how much less they'd spend on healthcare. But it's very difficult to think about things that way.

I'm Cautiously Optimistic. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson seems to be declaring victory, which Is probably a good sign.
