Hey, this is great, especially if they manage to build enough of them that the price per plant goes down instead of up.
This is all good, although most likely some of it is a catch-up effect from the pandemic and it'll be back down next year. But we should be creating policy to bring these higher.
I saw some progressives dunking on moderates by pointing out that Mitch McConnell is happy with the spending bill. But dealmaking is where both sides come away happy, and this is what that looks like. I didn't think it was possible to get Republicans to negotiate, but somehow Biden did it, which seems good...
