The disease one is this cancer treatment, although I'm not sure a single specific cancer should count as 'a major disease', aren't all cancers different? Either way, impressive stuff, and you can make it more impressive with the right outlook.

Oh wow, I heard about the guy who got arrested, I didn't know there's a whole group of people who constanly fix defaced license plates. It would be nice if the police just took it more seriously though.
