The disease one is this cancer treatment, although I'm not sure a single specific cancer should count as 'a major disease', aren't all cancers different? Either way, impressive stuff, and you can make it more impressive with the right outlook.

Oh wow, I heard about the guy who got arrested, I didn't know there's a whole group of people who constanly fix defaced license plates. It would be nice if the police just took it more seriously though.

As you can see, things are going great on Twitter, my favorite guess on this is that he's gonna rig the vote so Yes wins as a way to cleanly exit this mess, there are no other good ideas for saving face.
