Really great visualizations, although perhaps this is not surprising for most people, but when you see tall buildings, that's environmentalism, not lawns. While we're at it, another study of new buildings on local rents is out, this one's from UC Berkeley, and shows that new construction in SF lowered rents within 100 meters by 2%.
Not sure if the embed shows the video, but they appear to be using metal poles that they've scavenged, so not even bladed weapons. This subtracts somewhat from his follow-up Dune reference "The slow blade penetrates the shield!" Here's a video of 'intense discussion' between the commanding officers. It's wild that we have video of all of this as it happens, somehow smartphones seem to have become even more ubiquitous.
