Ideological identification is clearly very meaningful for young/old, though young conservatives being ~ half-way between old moderates/old conservatives is interesting.

Does age change people's understanding of words? Or are the kids just that liberal?

While many brave firefighters are doing the best they can to protect life and property under difficult circumstances, the ONLY thing that has worked to stop this fire so far is the Caples Ecosystem Restoration Project, a large prescribed fire from 2019.

WOW - a big day!!! AB 122 by Asm @tashaboerner passed the Senate today, allowing a bicyclist approaching a stop sign to yield, rather than stopping!!! This will increase safety and uptake of biking. Back to Assembly and then to Governor.

I mentioned this a while back, pleasantly surprised to see it's happening. As I mentioned before, there’s a lot of evidence that this improves safety.

Density is not the same as overcrowding. California doesn’t build enough homes, so we have an overcrowding problem.
