The warrant was unsealed today, three statutes from the Espionage Act, involving doing things you're not supposed to with classified info. Of them, 18 USC 1519 is apparently the most interesting. "Destruction, alteration or falsification of records in Federal investigations" it's usually used to prosecute obstruction. With regards to applicability, another of the statutes applies to people who are in legal posession of classified docs.
I had not realized this was a problem with the Presidential Records Act. Trumps claims about this behavior being standard, are of course, nonsense. What a wild sequence of events. Speaking of non-normal behavior, Trump's release of the *unredacted* warrant is not going to please DoJ folks.
As bad as these were, it feels like there's still bullets we've just barely dodged, or that are still pending.
