IZ, inclusive zoning, is where a certain percentage of new homes in any development must be set aside for low income tenants. Some might argue there's a possibility that there exists some percentage low enough to have positive results for the city, but Seattle clearly missed the mark. This is without even getting into the whole flattulence situation. Maybe this shows Trump is savvy for knowing that it's not a story if there aren't any cameras to record it.
