These are the same gifts that Trump simply took with him to Mar-a-Lago when he left office. Ethics expert in the article says "by failing to disclose the gifts, the Trump White House violated the foreign emoluments clause of the Constitution". Seems more clear cut than the whole thing with the hotel in DC.
This would be a great deal at twice the price, I wonder if we can actually get a significant portion of the way into prototype vaccines for that price tag though.
