As a Californian, how do you look at a chart like this and not question every land-use policy made over the last 60 years?
We don’t do a centralized assessment of each household’s “refrigerator needs” and then mandate a specific minimum fridge size based on what planners think is needed — people buy bigger or smaller fridges based on preference/space/budget tradeoffs they make on their own.
