Interesting new data on casualties from an official. Ukrainian casualties (>100k) lower. But Ukr also has much better wounded to dead ratio: 10-20 wounded per one dead (comparable w/ US in Iraq/Afg). Russia, with much worse medical care, estimated at three wounded per one dead.
