About 18 months ago versions of this chart (here are two I dug out) went viral a couple of dozen times. Compare with the actual data.
Do *I* want to own a fish tank? No.
Do I want *you* to own a fish tank? Not really.
Do I think people *should* own pet fishes? I canβt see why they would.
And yet, itβs good that if people want to own fish tanks they are allowed to do this.
I wish I had the stat at the tip of my tongue but itβs probably something like βthe most recent 10% of homeowners pay 80% of the property taxβ which is just insane. Can lower income tax if we fix property taxes in California.
