Tim Redmond's latest 48 Hills piece doesnt make sense. Hes saying the 1980s neighborhood downzoning was about fighting offices, and the decline in home construction was due to financing yet previously hes stated the downzonings were about fighting the many new apartments.

Honestly I think a lot of this silliness is people who aren't in the military imagining that everyone in the military is a combat soldier. In fact, America's great strength is logistics, which is why we have a high percentage of support troops.
