This suggests DOJ is continuing its investigation, which means one of two things: 1) DOJ *still* isn’t convinced they have all of the classified material Trump took when he left office. 2) They have an ongoing criminal investigation of this matter that could result in charges.
New: Interesting tidbit in the govt motion to leave the MAL search application sealed: Prosecutors acknowledge they've been interviewing witnesses and say the release of the warrant application could "chill future cooperation by witnesses as "investigation progresses." https://t.co/ZdkKbpV3lZ

I joined on to chat about WHAT IF? 2 (out 9/13) and some other very important topics, like how exactly would one eat a cloud. Listen in here:
To reduce emissions, Colorado officials want to cancel roadway expansions for interstates and arterials, and instead focus on upgrading transit, bike lanes, and sidewalks. *This* is what climate leadership looks like.
NEW: Expansions of I-25, C-470 in Denver metro are on chopping block as planners shape new climate-minded long-term transportation plan. https://t.co/1lubsesELb

Its hilarious because who does Whole Foods think its market is? Its not Dollar General or Wal-Mart.
Whole Foods has fired workers in 6 states for wearing Black Lives Matter apparel The workers & NLRB say labor law protects their right to wear BLM apparel, but a Whole Foods lawyer told the NLRB that "President Trump referred to BLM as a 'symbol of hate'" https://t.co/qyxwX8DMud https://t.co/KKJh6agFo3

I think people apply very naive frames to these “trust in media” questions. The key point IMO is that each individual media outlet has very strong incentives to portray “the media” as untrustworthy and to highlight bad work from competitors.
The BayPass - a transit pass that works on all Bay Area transit - is starting up with a pilot program for 50,000 college students.
The Fare Integration Task Force is getting an update on the launch this week of the Clipper BayPass - the all-agency transit pass pilot for organizations - for 50,000 people at public colleges/universities such as UC Berkeley, San Jose State, and residents of affordable housing..
