I celebrate practical YIMBYs for trying to find politically feasible ways forward (ADUs, triplex laws, etc) but on the merits we should adopt really extreme solutions on housing just like people are allowed to build however many refrigerators they like as long as they are safe.

I hope dean keeps this crying up because once SF fails to submit a housing element by next year that abides by federal fair housing standards their density zoning is nullified so any project with 20% or greater low rent units at any height or density gets approved.
