Wyden and his team have done a lot of hard work on this legislation for months and not sought much credit or recognition.
Some kudos to Sen. Finance, Sen. @RonWyden staffers here who had an extra pay-for lying around for just this situation. (Not commenting on whether this or the bill is good/bad. Just that it's impressive they could come up with what can score as $30 billion in a pinch here.)
