I may be a YIMBY, but I don't like the new suburbs being built out in Bethany, OR.
Yes, Portland has a severe housing shortage. But it's farcical to build single family homes on farmland 30+ mins from downtown. That maximizes commute times, infrastructure impact, climate impact.

Much of Marin and the 680/24 corridor is coded as a Racially Concentrated Area of Affluence, which should not surprise anyone.

Lots of people dunking on this, but I think it's a great idea. Getting a large number of people to reduce their meat consumption is probably way more effective than getting a very small number of people to cut meat out of their diet entirely.
