I may be a YIMBY, but I don't like the new suburbs being built out in Bethany, OR. Yes, Portland has a severe housing shortage. But it's farcical to build single family homes on farmland 30+ mins from downtown. That maximizes commute times, infrastructure impact, climate impact.
