@jlappen1 Also the WV v. EPA ruling doesn't even prevent federal agencies from regulating greenhouse gas emissions! I can't believe how many outlets irresponsibly reported that it did. It just curtailed one aspect of power, which frankly Biden admin was unlikely to use anyway.
