Researchers found that commutes involving physical activity, like walking or biking, lead to better performance at work
OWS 2.0 hasn't happened because "we" gave up, very tired, and pretending this is over—when it isn't. Far from it.
I think if you read what I wrote, my preferred version of the Democratic Party would differ significantly from Republicans on abortion rights, taxes, the generosity of the welfare state, investment in clean energy, and several other issues I happen to think are important.
opposing abortion, asylum, and affirmative action, and supporting domestic drilling—he wants the democratic party to become the pre-trump republican party. drill baby drill https://t.co/w4YBOo3Hdp

To me the cycle where I say X and then instead of explaining why they disagree with X, people attribute some other much more extreme view to me and then take issue with the fake opinion is very frustrating.
Now that SB 330 has outlawed downzoning and it isnt cool anymore we're going to start seeing more lemon upzoning where purposely its written completely infeasibly but the density color on the map increases. HCD should crackdown on these or we need another state law.

Starlink is Good, Actually. 150,000 Ukrainians use Starlink to use the web in spite of Russia actively targeting Ukraine's telecommunications infrastructure. I remember people claiming Starlink is a scam or pointless. These facts put that notion to rest. Megaconstellations good.
Starlink success story in Ukraine or how @SpaceX tech keeps us online. 10K Starlink terminals. One satellite can cover up to 5 villages with internet. Our new critical infrastructure, which is easy & mobile. Thank you, @elonmusk! https://t.co/hW90F2acHT
