So perhaps the Ukraine war will dissuade China from ever turning back toward war. But I wouldn't bet the farm on that rosy scenario. If I were India, I would be nervous about that border. 😬

India might already be the world's most populous country (or at least will be soon), it's been a beacon of democracy where most countries at similar income levels have struggled, it's a religiously and ethnically diverse society, and it's resolutely anti-colonial in outlook.
