I admit, Putin tricked me. I thought he wouldn't invade. Just goes to show that if you make sure to keep your army in the dark about a half-baked poorly planned war with no well-defined win condition or exit strategy, you can make an economics blogger be wrong about something.

I think Biden and other Western leaders should try to convince the public that the ban on Russian commercial flights is a "no-fly zone." It's true, in a sense. Could work.
