Based on every past war in human history that Iβm aware of, I think you should expect to learn that some of the inspiring stories of Ukrainian bravery in the face of overwhelming odds donβt hold up under full scrutiny.
There has been some, er, recent experience with an isolated, conspiratorial, norm-flouting, questionably rational nuclear-armed world leader.

This is actually a big deal cause afaik Russia has zero domestic ability to produce x86 processors. They have the Elbrus line which are x86ish compatible binary translation, but I doubt they could run Windows 10 at an acceptable level.
