For years I have heard stories of talented new composers writing 99% of a film score and then landing just an "Additional Music By" credit because the studio hired a big name (that you love) and they outsourced it. Nice to see this dirty laundry aired.

The new Lord of the Rings show should not have black actors as elves/dwarves. Tolkien made Middle Earth as a mythos of English history, and he described in detail what the characters look like. If you want black elves/dwarves, go make your own story. Dont bastardize the original.
