Ukraine situation has unfortunately broken the brains of some restrainers (a group I normally identify with). Yes, the US shouldn’t go to war with Russia — but we’re not going to! The big point is that Russia shouldn’t further attack Ukraine!!!
Remote work is going to pull people away from some of the priciest metros, but I’m skeptical that it’s the most-depressed areas that will benefit — it’s going to be the most amenity-rich ones.
Unfortunately as America has shown over the past twenty years sometimes counties launch wars that don’t make sense.
An invasion into Ukraine still doesn’t make sense. If it happens, we’ve underestimated Russia’s current problems.

@Hyper_lexic I honestly do think a cause of the recent increase in crime is a deliberate, decentralized, crypto-strike of police because they want to collectively punish the public for 2020. Especially in cities.
