Not saying other things aren't worth worrying about, but the most underrated Trump Returns scenario is that he doesn't destroy democracy, just implements a very very very right-wing policy agenda on the back of a dramatically more conservative GOP senate majority.

About two years ago, some people were mad at Bernie Sanders for going on the Joe Rogan show because Joe Rogan had expressed some right-of-center political opinions in the past.
Ezra rightly explained that adopting this worldview would be counterproductive.

Bernie’s strength is that he can win over some voters who are skeptical of Democrats - like Joe Rogan. If you think getting Trump out of office is actually important, that’s a good thing, and he should lean into it.
