Transit twitter friends, what do you think is the singular fundamental difference between Canadian and U.S. transit systems if there is only one? Is it simply that most systems in Canada are funded at about twice per capita as U.S. ones? @RM_Transit Looking for dialogue here.

"Flag" lost subdivision standard in Mountain view. 16ft min width driveway. Garages are required and must be at least 9ftx20ft. Minimum garage setback is 20ft. Minimum side setback of 7ft.
Total minimum lot width: 63 feet. This excludes half of all R1 lots.
