On my mom's side my family has an *extremely* narrow range of political views from "orthodox democrat" to "slightly more conservative than an orthodox democrat (but still never gonna vote Republican)."
Spicier takes on my dad's side, but that's not my normal Thanksgiving crew.

Remember, Fed tightening is not for the purpose of taking inflation back down to 2%.
It's to show the Fed is still serious about inflation, so that it has no chance of going to 20%.
Only supply chain normalization will take it back down to 2%.
